I have a lovely new 17″ monitor, it’s a Philips Brilliance 107P. The monitor is capable of displaying 1920×1440 at 70Hz, 1600×1200 at 72Hz, or 1280×1024 at 85Hz. I think 1600×1200 shall be my resolution of choice.
I was initially being greedy and opted for a Hyundai 19″ screen, but when I got it home the colour wasn’t that great, and the tube was a little crooked/warped. So I returned it and the nice people at Master Computing couriered the monitor I am now using. I am far happier with this one even though it’s 2 inches smaller.
