We just got home from seeing Kill Bill vol.2 at Knox Vmax (mmm, VMAX); it was great!

I think both the Kill Bill films could probably have been condensed into a 2.5-3 hour movie since some of the pacing was a little slow and drawn-out. Still, very enjoyable, and great to see all the required ends tied up. There were a few nice twists which I won’t bother mentioning here for those who want to see it.

Great way to end the “series” (does two films count as a series?). The chapter I enjoyed most was definitely Uma Thurman’s character training with “Master Pai Mei”. So many Hong Kong and 70s film traditions/staples were in that chapter and I would’ve loved to see this style more prevalent throughout the film. Great stuff.
