The Snopes show

Given that it’s educational, airs on Discovery Channel and is sort of a documentary I’m surprised that Justine actually enjoys watching MythBusters. Justine does like the occasional animal documentary — they’re the ones I generally don’t care for — but other documentaries just aren’t her thing.

Over the past few months we’ve been watching the current, third season of the show and making our way slowly through the other seasons two (we haven’t finished the first). The great thing about the show is that it’s an interesting way to debunk urban myths that regular people actually watch.

Snopes is usually just as accurate in the things that they investigate, but since it’s lot easier to watch a TV show than browse a website (yeah, right) at least people are getting the message.
