How is it? Mario games are always fun, but the graphics actually look good on that!

Twon, it's a great game. If you like Mario at all you'll probably enjoy it.
The difficulty curve seems dead on, and I've found myself pumping the air when completing a level which is something I haven't done for God knows how long.
