Gaudi Bench, Parc Guell

The famous Gaudi Bench in Parc Guell, Barcelona.

I remember the first time I saw the Gaudi Bench, it was on “Getaway” and from the moment I saw it was intrigued. It was on our list of things to see in Barcelona and we literally stumbled onto it while wandering the city.

Before visiting Barcelona, both Justine and I disliked Gaudi’s style but after seeing his creations in the flesh, we both grew to love his style. It’s so whimsical, colourful and full of life that once you experience his style firsthand it’s hard not to.

Taking a shot of the bench without anyone else in the middle of the day is rather difficult as it is literally crawling with people.

Not many animals were harmed in the making of bludger.org, but a lot were eaten. And they were delicious.
I mean, really, really nice. I especially liked the squab, he didn't put up a fight.
