After finishing the nog I bought the other day, I decided to try and make some nog myself (it didn’t work out last time, but this time I used a different recipe).
The recipe said it made eight servings, so I halved it… and ended up with three litres of the stuff. Not bad, but a bit too frothy.
I changed the recipe I used a little bit (white rum instead of bourbon, and less of it) but it still turned out fine.
